This page provides supplementary information about the Dernvoral platform, including how the system works, how data is handled during processing and what users can expect from the platform's technical infrastructure. 1. Platform Architecture

The Dernvoral platform is built on a layered architecture that separates the user-facing interface from the underlying analysis and processing systems. Users interact exclusively through the secure digital interface, which governs all data input, output and dashboard interactions. Processing occurs within isolated environments to prevent data from one user session affecting another.

2. Data Input and Processing

Users submit structured data through the platform interface. This data is received, validated and passed to Dernvoral's automated analysis layer, which organises the input into defined categories and applies pattern-recognition processes to surface structured summaries. Outputs are stored within the user's personal dashboard until reviewed or cleared.

Dernvoral does not modify the underlying data submitted by users. The platform reads, processes and summarises input; it does not alter source records unless explicitly instructed by the user through a supported platform action.

3. Access Control

All platform access is controlled through the onboarding and credential system described in the access-request process. Each user account is issued unique credentials that are linked to a single individual. Credentials must not be shared. Dernvoral monitors access patterns and may suspend accounts where unusual activity is detected.

4. Data Storage

Processed data and generated outputs are stored on secure servers located within Australia. Dernvoral does not transfer user data to international locations without prior notification and, where required, consent. Data retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. System Availability

Dernvoral aims to maintain high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated to users in advance where possible. In the event of an unexpected outage, the support team will communicate expected resolution timelines via email to registered users.

6. Platform Updates

Dernvoral periodically releases updates to improve platform functionality, security and performance. Updates are applied automatically and do not require action from users. Significant changes that affect how the platform works or how data is processed will be communicated via email and reflected in the relevant documentation on this site.

7. Support and Response Times

The Dernvoral support team is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm AEST. All support requests submitted via email or the contact form are acknowledged within one business day. Complex queries may require additional time to resolve; the support team will keep you informed of progress throughout.

8. Limitations of Automated Outputs

All outputs generated by the Dernvoral platform are produced by automated processes and are intended to assist users in reviewing structured information. These outputs should be treated as decision-support tools, not as definitive conclusions. Users are responsible for applying their own judgement when acting on platform-generated summaries.

9. Third-Party Integrations

Dernvoral does not currently offer native integrations with third-party software as part of the standard platform. Any integrations or API access arrangements must be discussed with the support team and confirmed in writing before implementation. Dernvoral reserves the right to approve or decline integration requests at its discretion.
