These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dernvoral digital platform and associated services (“the Platform”) operated by Dernvoral Pty Ltd (“Dernvoral”, “we”, “our” or “us”), registered in Australia and located at Level 8, 267 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.

By submitting an access request or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Access to the Platform

Access to the Dernvoral Platform is granted on a request basis. Dernvoral reserves the right to approve, decline or revoke access at its discretion. Submission of an access request does not constitute a guarantee of access being granted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You must not share your credentials with any other person or use credentials that were not assigned to you.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable Australian law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its associated servers and networks
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform software
  • Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information through the access-request process or contact forms

3. Platform Content and Outputs

All content, insights and structured outputs generated by the Dernvoral Platform are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for independently evaluating any output before acting upon it.

Dernvoral makes no representation that Platform outputs are complete, accurate or suitable for any specific purpose beyond general information review.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its design, functionality, interface and content produced by Dernvoral, are owned by or licensed to Dernvoral Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

5. User Data

Data you submit through the Platform is governed by the Dernvoral Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge that data you submit may be processed and stored in accordance with that policy. You retain ownership of your own data and may request its deletion at any time by contacting [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dernvoral Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss arising from reliance on Platform outputs or service interruptions.

7. Termination

Dernvoral reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if continued access is determined to be inappropriate. You may also request termination of your account by contacting [email protected].

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

9. Changes to These Terms

Dernvoral may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
